Christmas recovery month

DiShu Quan training weekend

Held at head Instructors private training hall

Charity all night Patterns Jam 8pm - 8am

Half the proceeds raised will go to The Privilege Sharing Charity, a children's school in India that Mike Bray, one of our members has been visiting and helping each year from 2004. The other half will help fund the WCFA students trip to China after this years visa being rejected for them to enter into the UK.

HSE Emergency 1st Aid at work training course 10am - 4pm

This course will provide a full certificate at the end and can be used in your CV as a qualification.

Grading lesson 10am - 11am

Tiger Crane Grading 11am until finished

China Trip DiShu Quan Training in Fuzhou

11 days training Dishu Quan with Master ZaiPei Lin and our Dog Boxing brothers, then entering the 2013 Fuzhou International Wushu Competition

Sparring Day 10am - 4pm

Working on San Pan (3 levels of fighting)
Held at head Instructors private training hall.

Children's Kungfu weekend 10am - 4pm both days

Training Patterns, Sparring and fun Kungfu games.
Over night sleep over with BBQ and Kungfu DVD’s.
Both Neil Johnson & Mike Bray are CRB checked. Head Instructors training hall

Deeper understanding of Damo exercises and Chi movement. Training at a local woodland.

Tiger Crane patterns day all levels welcome 10am - 4pm

Denmark training trip all adults welcome

Learning the three arts WCFA teach.

Christmas Special class

Last class of the year! 10am - 12pm. Followed by end of year pub lunch everyone is welcome.
