Tiger Crane patterns and applications training day.

10am – 4pm

April Sunday 28th

Grading and grading lesson
Venue: Burgess Hill Hall.
Lesson 10am – 11am
Grading 11am until finish.

Date TBA White Crane Fighting Arts club and Namyang Club meeting.

Sharing information of the arts and discussing forms and application differences while having the same principles.

Other training camps will be announced in the year!

This will be to practice, Dog Boxing, Massage, Qigong and meditation, Sparing and Weapons days.

November China training Dog Boxing Trip.

All students new or old are welcome if they are willing to train hard leading up to the trip.
If you wish to come please let me know in advance.

December Sunday 15th

Christmas Special Class.
This class is all the amazing things used to train Kungfu and Taichi.
All ages Adult and Kids are welcome to attend.
